Does The Nokia 5233 Have a WiFi Connection Setting?

Posted on 13:16 by Unknown

So i just bought a Nokia 5233 and i have a wireless router, can i connect onto the internet using WiFi?

Unfortunately, when Nokia manufactured the 5233, they didn't include integrated WiFi compatibility, along with no 3G network support. The reason why is because this particular mobile phone model was aimed for people on a low budget. That is why it didn't contain both wireless and 3G features to keep production costs down, so it can be priced to the public cheaply. Also just to make it clear, there is no applications or software updates that you can install to add them features.

So if you want a similar mobile phone that has both WiFi and 3G options, i would recommend to you the Nokia 5800. It overall has better features, including a 3.2 megapixel camera, stereo speakers and supports GPS. But the price of purchasing a Nokia 5800 is far more than the Nokia 5233, due to having better specifications.
