Nexus 7 Mobile (3G) Restricted Device Issue

If a Nexus 7 is powered on with an OTG attached, the OTG devices will be flagged as restricted and not accessible via USB Host.

Solution:

1. Disconnect the OTG cable from the Nexus 7 Mobile (3G)
2. Power Off and Restart the device.
1. Press and hold the Power button until you see "Power Off"
2. Release the Power button.
3. Tap Ok
4. After shutdown, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.

There have been a few reports of Nexus 7 Mobile (3G) devices being affected by Issue 58277
