If you have inserted your car in Ebay as a auction only and it didn't sell or a buyer has not paid cash for it, then there are chances that it will be free if you reinsert it into Ebay as a auction again, but only within 90 days of the first auction ending. It will be only free if you keep it as a auction again and don't change the style of the way the auction is set out. So if you decide to change it to a classified ad, you will be charged for the auction and the classified add separately. To gain the free relist auction, on the top of the page of your car, it will say 'Relist', in a button, click that and relist your auction again for free. If you relist the auction a different way, you may not qualify for the free auction. Remember that your car has to sell the in the second auction that you have re-listed or you will be charged for it the insertion fee. So my advice is to add a good title, along with high resolution images and descriptive text about the car you want to sell, to enhance the bidding opportunity of your car.
